Do you have anxiety about going to the dentist? Well this place takes that away from you! The atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming and they do such a great job of taking care of you when you're getting work done. They have a tv above you so when you lay down in the chair you have something to watch and distract yourself from the work thats getting done. Its a great place!

Like so many out there who are reading these post...I had avoided the dentist for many (15+) years....mainly due to fear of dentist and many prior bad experiences. A major toothache pain finally drove me to search for a dentist. I did my research and ended up choosing Brookside Dental Care. After an initial visit I knew I was in the right place. I explained my situation and the entire staff was so understanding, friendly and professional. In fact, Dr. Hadain asked me why I choose Brookside Dental Care? and I explained I did my online research which included the question of where do people go in the Lehigh Valley that dislike going to the dentist and have had bad experiences....and it recommended Brookside Dental Care. Honest truth. Dr. Hadain 100% assured me I was not alone with this fear and said everything was going to be ok. I'm happy to report that after choosing sedation (because of my fear) I had several old fillings replaced, two extractions and a few crowns.....all in one visit. Today (one day after my visit) I have limited jaw pain (Advil only) and absolutely no bad memory of drills, smell, vibration in the tooth, etc etc. In my opinion, sedation is the way to go if you have a fear or need more than the average patient. Many thanks to "Kennedy" and staff....for your kind understanding and care. Other than Dr. Hadain, please know that you and (sorry I didn't get the name of the other assistant) made a big difference in my life. Bottom line: If you are contemplating going to a dentist but fear is stopping you....my humble advice is to schedule an appointment. You won't be disappointed and so glad you took care of yourself. The dentists and hygienists here are truly great and always make me feel comfortable, which is why I’m leaving 4 stars. My concern is with the communication when I needed to reschedule an appointment. I had a biopsy scheduled the same day and reached out by text (which is usually easier for me with my kids and work). I clearly asked for another time, but no alternative options or dates were offered. Instead, I received the same appointment reminder again, even though I had already said I needed to reschedule. Because of that, I wasn’t able to attend and was later charged a no-show fee. I paid the $75 today, but I do hope the office can improve the way rescheduling requests are handled. Sometimes patients have important conflicts, and a little effort to help find a different time/day would make a big difference in providing good patient care.
